Individuals are known as pooper scoopers. We’d wear crazy silly outfits and have huge shovels and wheelbarrows. And make a whole spectacle out of picking up the horse shit lol. We’d even carry around tootsie rolls in our pockets to throw at the crowd. Bonus points if you pretend to pick it out of the wheelbarrow.
